The user has the right of withdrawal, under the terms of article 10 of Decree-Law no. 24\/2014, of 14 February, for contracts concluded at a distance or outside the establishment within a period of 14 working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justifica\">Order cancellations are only possible up to the point of dispatch and can be requested by the customer. If you wish to cancel your order on lecamaleon.com, you must do so as soon as possible. You will receive written notification from the Lecamaleon team that the order has been cancelled within a maximum of 24 hours. In the event that the purchase has already been paid, the refund amount will be returned to the customer by sending the account number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"justifica\">If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation cannot be considered. Lecamaleon reserves the right to cancel your order, which is in \"awaiting payment\" status and has not yet been paid for, in the event of a stock outage.
