CANCEL ORDERS

Users placing orders on the lecamaleon.com website whose payment is not successfully made, received or processed will have their orders cancelled 3 days after the order is placed. The user has the right of withdrawal, under the terms of article 10 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February, for contracts concluded at a distance or outside the establishment within a period of 14 working days.

Order cancellations are only possible up to the point of dispatch and can be requested by the customer. If you wish to cancel your order on lecamaleon.com, you must do so as soon as possible. You will receive written notification from the Lecamaleon team that the order has been cancelled within a maximum of 24 hours. In the event that the purchase has already been paid, the refund amount will be returned to the customer by sending the account number.

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation cannot be considered. Lecamaleon reserves the right to cancel your order, which is in "awaiting payment" status and has not yet been paid for, in the event of a stock outage. You will then receive an email informing you that your order has been cancelled.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Eligible items purchased on the Lecamaleon website can be exchanged or returned within the legal 14-day period and their value refunded, provided they fulfil all the return conditions:
– the packaging(s) of each product must be original and perfectly intact, without any damage or signs of use (dirt, scratches, etc.) or opening (broken seals and lids, etc.).

RETURN OR EXCHANGE COSTS

—  The cost of returning the goods will be borne by the user.
— Shipping costs are not refunded as this is a non-refundable service.
— The cost of collection and re-shipment will depend on the customer's geographical area of residence. DEADLINE FOR REIMBURSEMENT AND MEANS OF PAYMENT

Your products will be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of receipt and validation of the conditions for returning the items at our premises. The refund will be sent to the customer through bank account. We suggest that you keep proof of the return of products.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE DAMAGED PACKAGING OR ITEMS?

If the packaging is damaged, you should check its contents at the time of delivery and immediately lodge a complaint with the carrier. If you have received a package in good condition, but the items are still damaged, please contact us using the above means. After contacting our Customer Support and once you have been given the return/exchange instructions, you must send the item properly packaged to our return address above.
